Our returns policy is according to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In case of a major failure or loss or damage or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
We will accept returns for reasons of error made by us for example you did not receive the item you ordered or because items are faulty or broken.
A refund process will be started when you contact us within 10 business days of receiving the item. In your claim you will mention your order number and explain the defect by supporting documents such as photographic evidence the error or damage. Then you return the item within 7 days of contacting us. If your request is approved, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s) and the return delivery cost (unless it is a change of mind return). Your refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be repaid to your credit card or other method of payment. Be aware, usually there is some processing time before a refund to your account. In case your return claim is rejected, you will not receive a refund and will have to pay for associated shipping fees. This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns or for reasons that the product doesn’t suit your hair or similar. Change of Mind
We will not accept the return of cosmetic consumable items such as Shampoos, Conditioners, Vitamins and so on under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances.
If you made a mistake or changed your mind about a product other than cosmetic consumable items such as tools, candles and so on please email us within 10 days of purchase at email@example.com and we will consider your request.
Unfortunately, we will not cover postage fees on returns for Change of Mind. You will need to send us back the purchased item and a refund will be applied to your account once we have received the items and inspected them. The returned goods shall be in original purchase condition, the product must be unused and the packaging must be unopened, unmarked and not deformed in any manner. we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or not.
