We use Australia Post on all orders for fast and safe delivery Australia Wide and overseas.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We try our best to send out your packages as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Please take care to fill out your details correctly at checkout.

Please note that delivery time guidelines are applicable to business days only, which include Monday through Friday. Australian, New Zealand, and Fijian public holidays are excluded.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs $10 flat rate Australia Wide, $18 to New Zealand and $40 to Fiji unless free shipping period which is very normal on our website.
Please note that the destination country determines the duty, customs tariffs, and local sales taxes. Prior to the release of your order from customs, you must pay any applicable duties and taxes. Recipients are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country.
How to track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please make sure to check your spam folder as the email may occasionally end up there.
What if my order delivery is delayed?
If you are still awaiting your parcel, the most effective way to get an update is by tracking it using the Australia Post tracking number and link provided to you upon dispatch. Don’t forget to check your junk mail if you can’t locate it!

Do I have to sign for delivery?
By default, all orders are shipped with Authority To Leave (ATL), meaning they can be delivered without requiring a signature. In the event that you are unavailable to receive the delivery, Australia Post will either leave the parcel in your post box, place it in a secure location on your property, or leave a collection card at the nearest Post Office.
To ensure that you don’t miss your delivery, we recommend considering having your parcel sent to a business address if you are not available at home during the day.
If you have chosen to have your parcel delivered to a work address, kindly provide your business name and any specific delivery instructions, such as “Leave at Reception.”
In the event that your home address is challenging to locate, we suggest including delivery instructions in the ‘Add Order Note’ section on the shopping cart page.
What occurs if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable in our stock, rest assured that we will promptly refund you for that specific item while ensuring the shipment of any remaining items from your order. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide a full refund for your entire purchase.
